International Conference on Nanotechnology 2011

For the past 20 years, Japan Cooperation Center, Petroleum (JCCP) has been organizing annual symposia to promote the preservation of the environment.

These symposia have been held in GCC countries as well as in Japan, and have attracted considerable interests from the scientists and professionals in those countries. In bringing them together, the symposia have provided forums for exchanging views and information on multitudes of issues ranging from water purification, usage and water management and desert greening to climate change and CDM Project. more

Engineering Students Renewable Energy Competition 2011 (ESREC 2011) 

It is our distinct pleasure to welcome you all to the 2nd Engineering Students Renewable Energy Competition 2011 (ESREC’2011). This event is becoming the focal point of students enrolled in engineering, science and technology programs in universities and colleges across the UAE. The key objectives of holding this student day are: promote renewable energy concepts through students’ projects, provide experience in applying engineering concepts for renewable energy, exchanging experiences between engineering students, and enhance engineering students’ understanding of the impact of renewable energy on our society. more

Internship for University students at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Dresden, Germany

The College of Engineering and Internship & Work-Integrated Learning Center (iWIL) in association with Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC), the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC), and Global Foundries, organized the informational session for the UAEU Engineering, Science, IT, and Business Students. The session was also attended by student from the Higher College of Technology in Al-Ain.. more

Engineering Programs obtain "ABET" Accreditation:

College of Engineering programs have now obtained accreditation by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), the accreditation body responsible for accrediting all Engineering, Computer, Technology, and Applied Science programs in the USA. more
